Given the purity and potency of our 100% pure Shilajit resin, it has a strong, earthy, and slightly smoky taste. You can consume it with honey or in coffee/milkshake to enhance the taste.

You can take 1/4th (250 mg) of the provided pack-spoon, twice a day with 200 ml lukewarm water or milk, after lunch or dinner. Alternatively, you can also take 500 mg once daily.

It takes around 1 month of consistent use to start seeing visible changes. For best results, consume for at least three months.

Shilajit is a temperature-sensitive ingredient. The hardening of our Shilajit resin during winters is a sign of its naturalness & purity. To consume it easily, you can heat the tip of the spoon or a knife and take the required quantity for consumption. This dissolution might be slow, so it is recommended to consume in lukewarm water/milk.
